Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Invenstock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

Invenstock is an inventory management and point-of-sale system provided by Workentra Solutions. The service includes web and mobile applications for managing retail operations.

Account Registration

To use Invenstock, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter contracts

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Use the service to store or transmit infringing or harmful content

Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into Invenstock. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve the service. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide support or as required by law.

Payment Terms

For paid plans:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

Free Tier

The free tier is provided as-is with no guarantees. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Enterprise customers with SLA agreements have specific uptime guarantees.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workentra Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Workentra Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Data Export

You may export your data at any time through the service. Upon account termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it may be deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila.
